Superior Collision is an auto body and collision repair shop in Brownsville, Texas. Most people who call us have just had a bad day. Somebody ran a light. A cart rolled into the door in a parking lot. A rock came off a truck on the expressway and now there is a crack running across the windshield.
Our job is to make the rest of it easy. You tell us what happened. We look the car over and show you what we find — including the damage behind the panel that you cannot see standing in your driveway. Then you decide what you want to do. The look costs nothing either way.
We are not a chain and we are not a call center. When you phone the shop, you are talking to the people who will have your car.

Body, Paint & Mechanical — All Here
A wrecked car usually needs more than one kind of work. Ours get all of it in the same building, which is the whole point.
Body & Structure
Panels, quarter panels, and the frame or unibody underneath. We measure the structure and pull it back to spec so the car drives straight again.
Paint & Refinishing
We match your factory color and blend it into the panels around the repair, so the fixed spot does not stand out once the car is back in the Valley sun.
Mechanical & Diagnostics
A hit knocks things loose that are not on the outside of the car. We handle full-service mechanical work and diagnostics here instead of sending you somewhere else.
Glass, Bumpers & Towing
Windshields and door glass, bumper repair, paintless dent repair, and wheel and tire damage. If the car cannot be driven, we can tow it in.
It matters more than it sounds. A car that needs paint after frame work never has to leave the building, nobody is waiting on another shop's schedule, and there is one phone number to call when you want to know how it is going.
The Two Questions Everybody Asks
Almost nobody calls a body shop because they wanted to. These are the two things people actually want to know, so here are the answers up front.
“What is this going to cost me?”
Nobody can answer that honestly over the phone, and you should be careful with anyone who tries. What a repair takes depends on what is bent underneath, which parts your car needs, and what the paint work involves.
So we look first, and the look is free. We go over the car, show you what we found, and walk you through what it needs before you agree to anything. If you decide to take it somewhere else after that, the damage analysis still costs you nothing.
“What is my insurance going to say?”
We offer free damage analysis and insurance claim assistance, and we work with all insurance companies to streamline your claim. Helping you file it costs you nothing.
Bring your claim number if you already have one. If you have not called your insurer yet, tell us and we can walk you through that part too. You should not have to explain body work to an adjuster on your lunch break.

About the Owner
Superior Collision is owned by Ram, who runs the shop on Paredes Line Road.
The free damage analysis and the no-charge claim help are his standard, not a promotion that ends on a certain date. He would rather look at your car for nothing and tell you it is a small job than have you drive around avoiding a bill you have never seen.

We close for lunch from 12:00 to 1:30, Monday through Friday. Worth knowing before you make the drive.
